However, I'd be comfortable using these resources commercially myself since it's by KADOKAWA (who else?). The README says nothing about credit and/or commercial usage. Also note that it's not possible to combine the 3 head tall SV battlers with the 2 head tall ones because of the positioning of the weapon graphics. Please make sure to save a backup of your original files. When using the SV-battlers of the 3 head tall sprites, it's necessary to overwrite the following file to adjust the position of the weapon graphics When you're using the walk and face graphics of the 3-head tall sprites, copy the following folders (into your project) You could of course double check the translation yourself by copy-pasting the above into google translate or something if you don't wanna trust me for whatever reason.
